October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and we understand the importance of highlighting the urgency of breast cancer prevention, early detection and treatment.
Did you know?
- It's estimated that 1 in 7 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
- Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer amongst women in Australia
- Over 20,000 Australians will be diagnosed in 2023
- Over 57 Australians are diagnosed every day
- Over 2 Australians are diagnosed every hour
This is heartbreaking and this disease could impact anyone. The vision of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is to raise money and partner with breast cancer research to create a better tomorrow for people who have been diagnosed with the illness and to sustain zero deaths from cancer.
At IMPCT, we have made a promise to give back wherever we can. We will be including ourselves with fundraising, donations and not-for-profit charities on an ongoing basis in order to share our support, raise awareness and give back to the community we live in.
In the month of October, we have decided to donate to the fantastic cause which is NBCF and give back to the people who are facing the difficulty of the diagnosis and those who are helping them fight.
How can you help?
- Purchase any product from us in the month of October
- We will donate 10% from each order to NBCF on your behalf!
- Whilst in check-out, you can opt to 'tip' a further donation to NBCF with the choice of a 2%, 5% and 10% donation. This will automatically be donated by us on your behalf!
