Refund policy

We offer a 30-day exchange period on size only, if your item is returned in its original condition, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. Please include the product receipt found in each package to help us process your exchange as quickly as possible. 

Please make sure your item is free from:

- Make up, fake tan and animal hair

- Free from scents of deodorant, perfume or washing powder

Please be careful when trying on our garments! If your return doesn't meet the above criteria, we will unfortunately have to send it back to you. We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping, however, we will ship the new size to you free of charge. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind (colour or item) so please choose carefully before confirming your order. This is also outlined in our Terms and Conditions. If you need to exchange your size, please contact hello@impct.com.au and we will help you complete the process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted and will be sent back.

We do not approve exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase.

 

Damages and issues
We pride ourselves on quality and focus on producing high quality garments that stand the test of time. Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us in case of any issues, so that we can assess the issue and make it right. Please be patient as we resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We will always respond to you with a resolution, and we may offer another product in exchange, adhering to our exchange policy. In the case of insufficient stock, we will discuss this with you and either offer a store credit or a product of the same value.

Garments which are damaged as a result of improper care of the garment are not covered.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (this includes swimwear and undergarments). Please make sure you review our sizing guide and select the correct sizing for these products prior to purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt which is attached to your original order or proof of purchase.
