SHIPPING INFORMATION

Australian customers:

  • FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING - We now offer free express shipping for all orders of or above $170! This is automatically applied at checkout. If you spend less, we still offer an express shipping option at checkout to get your order as quickly as possible!
  • RUSH SHIPPING - If express shipping isn't quick enough for you- add our RUSH shipping method at check-out for same day dispatch! Our RUSH shipping method is our quickest shipping method and will be with you in no time. Must be ordered prior to 7pm AWST.
  • STANDARD SHIPPING - Alternatively, standard shipping rates will apply if selected at check-out. 
  • PICK UP OPTION - You can now select to pick up your order in store! Allow up to 24 hours for your order to be ready for collection at Loyal Nutrition, 16 Calabrese Avenue, Wanneroo. Select this option at check out and receive an email when your order is ready.. it could be within hours!

 

New Zealand, United Kingdom and the rest of the world:

  • Standard delivery shipping rates are offered at checkout. We are working on improving our shipping services to you to be able to offer express shipping services! Unless your country currency is displayed at checkout, please always use a currency converter to calculate exact fees at checkout. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The estimated date of delivery will be provided at checkout after your desired shipping method is selected.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive stage by stage updates as your order progresses. You will be notified as soon as your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking number. Australia Post will contact you directly with shipping updates which are provided automatically. Easily track your parcel using your email updates or via the Australia Post/shipping courier website.

United States customers:

  • Following Australia Post's recent announcement temporarily suspending shipments to the United States, we are pleased to announce that shipments will continue to this region on or before, Thursday 25 September 2025. Thank you for your patience.  Our shipping policy will be updated when shipment to the US resumes. 

ORDER PROCESSING

RUSH - Select our new RUSH option at check-out for your order to be processed and dispatched the same day! Orders must be placed prior to 7pm AWST, otherwise your order will be dispatched as soon as possible the following day.

EXPRESS - All express orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

STANDARD - Standard orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. All international orders have standard international shipping applied. Current international delivery time frames are approx. 1.5 - 2 weeks.

*Business days include Monday-Friday. Please note, during sale periods or public holidays, there may be slight delays with processing and dispatch times.

Once an order is dispatched from us, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact Australia Post directly. 

Please note: Your order number begins with #1.

PRE-ORDER

We offer pre-order on certain products. These products are still processing and are not yet available for shipping. Estimated shipping dates are outlined in each individual product tab. These dates are a guide only and some products may unexpectedly be delayed, and the orders may be subject to change for reasons out of our control. Orders on pre-order products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled until you receive the product, after which, our normal return policy applies. Please consider your colours and variations carefully as we only offer exchange for size. 

By purchasing a pre-order product, you are automatically accepting these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions and you accept and acknowledge the expected delivery times as specified. Feel free to contact us if you have placed a pre-order and we will be happy to update you on the status of your order. 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your pre-order within 14 days, for any reason, without a justification.
